ICE is currently sitting on 1,224 complaints of sexual assault and abuse in its detention centers, going all the way back to January of 2010. The Inspector General only investigated 30. That’s not to mention the 33,126 complaints made against multiple DHS agencies since 2010; 75% of those were made against ICE and Border Patrol. The Inspector General only investigated 247.
These institutions are hurting people, and they need to disappear.
